We provide Maritime Services for our customers in the Defence and Nuclear sectors, operating over 100 vessels from seven sites around the UK, working in British waters and around the world.

Our team combines decades of experience with highly specialised skills, to provide services ranging from towing submarines to trialling cutting edge maritime technology, from ferrying passengers to transporting irradiated nuclear fuel.

Vessel Provision

We provide an end-to-end vessel provisioning service which includes vessel design and acquisition, technical management and operations of a varied fleet of new builds, legacy vessels, conversions and chartered vessels.  Having worked with our customers for over 20 years we understand bespoke safety, security, regulatory and operational requirements.

Meanwhile our Serco-crewed vessels undertake missions with and for our customers at sea.

Specialist Mariners

We manage over 800 UK national, security-cleared mariners specialising in the Defence and Nuclear sectors. This includes management of directly employed Serco seafarers and crew management for Pacific Nuclear Transport Limited seafarers.

Our personnel and leadership understand the bespoke requirements of our public sector customers and take pride in supporting the safety, security and prosperity of the UK.

Vessel Support

We provide technical management of vessels across the full asset lifecycle and have robust systems in place to provide worldwide support to a varied and complex fleet.

With our extensive experience of fleet modernisation and replacement, we have delivered 33 new vessels, major life extensions and modification projects.
