We believe in giving people more than just jobs - we're creating meaningful, local opportunities where everyone can grow, contribute, belong, and be valued.
We're committed to improving social mobility in the UK by unlocking access to skills and development for those facing employment barriers, or those underemployed - such as people with criminal records, veterans, and the long-term unemployed.
For us social mobility starts with our people, it's underpinned by our values, and extends across our public service delivery at local, national and international level.
Providing employability skills
Restart Scheme
Providing tailored support to help people who've been out of work for six months or more find sustainable employment in their local area.
Serco Pathways
Creating fair, supported and sustainable routes into employment for people who face barriers to work - such as people with a criminal record, those who've experienced homelessness, care experience, or long-term unemployment.
Apprenticeships
Delivering structured programmes of blended learning to support continual development and enable people to gain the skills and knowledge needed to progress further in their careers.
