The role of a Employer Engagement Coordinator
As part of the Restart Scheme journey participants will use coaching, skill development and specialist support to maximise their chances of securing work and once they are ready to take that step our Employer Engagement Team are available to guide and introduce them to employers and vacancies that meet their needs and aspirations.
We recognise that every Participant’s journey back into work is different so our approach is tailored to meet the needs of each individual, enabling self-starters with a history of work to flourish more quickly, whilst also creating a viable pathway for those with additional support requirements.
