HR - Group Reward: Hook, Hampshire
As a Graduate working within our Group Reward function you’ll be situated in our Head Office in Hook. Here you'll support work across different reward disciplines to gain the critical experience you’ll need to become a Reward specialist in HR whilst gaining an understanding of the part Reward and HR play in supporting an organisation. As you build your skills we’ll be supporting you with a wide range of training and development opportunities.
The areas you’ll experience as part of this role may include:
- Reward and mobility strategy and policy
- Executive Compensation
- Share Schemes
- Global Mobility
- General reward, pay and benefits
Once you complete the programme you’ll be well prepared to take a role in HR / Reward which plays to your strengths and sets you up for a fantastic career.
You won’t need a specific degree discipline to join this programme, but it would suit those with strong numeracy and analytical skills, along with excellent attention to detail.
HR - Generalist: Solihull and Hook
Our Solihull office is a busy HR shared service centre that is home to many of our HR functions - and on this programme you’ll get to experience a range of diverse and interesting rotations, which may include:
- HR / ER Advice & Guidance
- Contract / Supplier Management
- Learning & Development
- Operations & Transformation
In addition there will be opportunities at our Head Office in Hook, Hampshire, which may include time in these following rotations:
- HR Generalist/Business Partnering
- Colleague Experience and Engagement
- Talent Development
- Heath & Wellbeing
These programmes will see you working with a variety of internal stakeholders, so you’ll need to be driven, great with people, and agile minded. And as you build your people skills we’ll be supporting you with a wide range of training and development opportunities.
To experience the true employee lifecycle experience during your two year placement we will ensure you have exposure to all areas of HR. And once you complete the programme you’ll be well prepared to take a role HR which plays to your strengths and sets you up for a fantastic career.
IT Services: Solihull
With a business as large and geographically spread as ours it takes a great IT team to keep it running smoothly. As a graduate working in IT Services you’ll get to experience a number of areas within the department including:
- Customer Services
- IT Operations
You don’t need to hold an IT related degree to work on this programme – what’s more important is that you’re a team player, are able to think strategically, are analytical, and can solve problems. You’ll also need to be a people person as you’ll be working closely with suppliers and partners, and forming part of project and programme management groups.
Alongside all the management development you’ll receive, you’ll also be supported in further training in ITIL, Project Management and Security. Once you complete the programme you’ll be well prepared to take a role in IT which plays to your strengths and sets you up for a fantastic career.
